A returned goods authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. Credit for the purchase price less a re-stock fee of 25% will be issued for authorized returns of NEW product received in good condition. A-19 reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
Fixtures customized with special options (i.e. finishes), used items or stock purchased more than 12 months prior are non-returnable.

Claims for damages or loss in transit must be made immediately with the delivering carrier. A-19 will assist in filing claims whenever possible provided the damage is reported within 10 days of delivery, the package has not left the delivery destination and all original contents and packaging have been retained for inspection. Please place a new purchase order for replacement product. Upon claim settlement with A-19, credit will be issued to the account for the charge of the replacement.
